We enjoyed our "tour" of the store. Thank you also for the
"Red Snapper Elegance" recipe. Our Alaska trip was
wonderful. A very beautiful state that reminded me
somewhat of Northern Sweden with all the wildflowers.

Question From Cleveland
I came in over the holidays and brought home a few bags of
large precooked, scrumptious crab claws. My husband says
they are warm water stone crabs but of course I disagree
with him. Can you please tell us who is right? By the
way... EVERYTHING I brought home was delicious. I only
regret not buying more. We especially loved the vacuum
packed scallops.

Hello again!
Thanks for the great job of packing and shipping
our fish here to Michigan last month. We really enjoyed
the silvers and halibut a lot! We're going to order
some sockeye, silvers and halibut to be shipped in two 75
lb. lots. We'd also like you to send us at least 5 of your
brochures describing your products because my brother in
Indianapolis is interested, as are The Lakes Grill and
Zukey Lake Tavern here in Pinckney.

Alaskan Salmon which my friend here in Kentucky had

CRAB!!
You processed my salmon and halibut when I was
in Petersburg in June. Great job!! As I was leaving, I
bought some frozen King Crab legs from you that were
pre-cooked and cut in pieces. I would like some more of
that shipped here to Longview, WA and several others want
to place an order so we can get it in larger quantities.

Getting
Close to the Holidays! My co-workers and I at
Basin Electric Power Co-op in Bismarck, ND would like to
place a seafood order in the next couple of weeks. The
shipment to us last Dec. was great and everyone made a
point of wanting to do it again this year.

Our
Seafood Order - Just a note to tell you how
pleased all of us are with our seafood order from Coastal
Cold Storage, Inc. The order arrived last night and I was
able to get everyone's order into their hands by early
afternoon today. The crab, shrimp, salmon all look great
and were still frozen rock solid. Everything was nicely
packaged and separated. I can't imagine that you
could have done any better job than was done! Thank you
very much for the great customer service. We'll definitely
be back to order more.
