HANDLING OF YOUR FISH TO MAKE CERTAIN YOU GET TO
TAKE BACK THE FISH YOU ACTUALLY CAUGHT YOURSELF!!
First we'll give you extra ice before you go out
on the fishing boat. When you have your catch ready for us, we
will send a truck to the dock to pick up your fish (or we can
send a plane or boat out to where you are fishing to pick it
up). We will ice it down that night then the next day we will
clean and cut up the fish (to your specs) to get it ready to
blast freeze (we have two blast freezers that go from 60 F to
–25* in seven minutes). We then package and box your fish and
store it until your flight.
When it is ready to go, we apply LACEY ACT labels (according to
federal regulations) verifying that the contents have been
inspected and are to be shipped to the locations you have
provided for the shipping labels. On the day of your flight we
load your boxes onto our truck and drive your fish to the
airport to be shipped to your specified location.

The processing charge is a flat fee of $1.30 per lb. on
the incoming fish weight (which does not include any shipping
fees). If you would like us to smoke your fish the charge
is $3.25 per lb. on the incoming fish weight (which does not
include any shipping fees).
